Our Winery
Located in Cerreto Guidi, near Florence, in the heart of Chianti, in an extraordinary and fascinating area both for nature and for the history of the places that surround it. The search for the best quality and the attention to the most modern winemaking techniques allow the creation of wines designed to be appreciated in the full expression of the fruit, able to best represent the Tuscan terroir through aromas and sensations with a unique personality.

Rossetti Bianco Toscana IGT
Soils in the south-west facing vineyards are of marine origin, calcareous with a strong presence of white sea shells that impart elegance and complexity to the wines. The vines are trained in VSP (vertical shoot positioning) and Guyot pruned.
Rossetti Chianti DOCG
The grapes come from vineyards in the Chianti DOCG area and in particular from growers in the area around Cerreto Guidi, which are situated up to 200 metres above sea level.
Rossetti Rosso Toscana IGT
The vineyards are facing south west in the mid slopes , vines are planted on a mix of clay and limestone soils on which Sangiovese and Merlot can give the best expression.
Poggio Civetta Chianti Classico DOCG
The Greve is the heart of Chianti, the hilly region of central Tuscany. The vineyards are on the seep slopes so the wines from the sandy soils are scented and elegant, their perfumes developed by the cool nights and long growing season at such an altitude.
Poggio Civetta Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva
The Greve is the heart of Chianti, the hilly region of central Tuscany. The vineyards are on the seep slopes so the wines from quartzitic blue-grey sandstone, with layers of sand and calcareous trained according to a simple Guyot system, with a maximum of five to eight buds per vine.
Governo all'Uso Toscano
Our vineyards are located on the steep hills at 430mt above the sea level, where the soil is characterized by calcareous sandstone, marl and calcareous flysch mixed to clay. The climate is temperate Mediterranean with frequent sea breezes.
Tino Rosso Toscana
The vineyard is located on an hill faced South with clay and partly rocky soil. Located at the altitude of between 100 and 300 meters above sea level.
Linda Bolgheri IGT
Bolgheri is one of the most suitable wine regions: a sunny and well-ventilated area thanks to the light sea breeze, a soil of light alluvial origin, with sandy layers on the surface and a deep clay base. It is precisely this natural soil quality that is also reflected in our wine: wine that combine finesse, elegance and persistence.

The grapes are planted in the traditional style in hollows in the ground and pruned short. The vineyard is located on an hill faced South with clay and partly rocky soil.
